To use the Sennheiser Set 50:
Place the Stethoset Sennheiser Set 50 Headset on the
transmitter to charge the battery for 24 hours during initial set up to provide the
first full charge. After that, when you have been using the TV Listener during the
day an overnight charge will suffice. The charger/transmitter can be left switched
on day and night, and must be plugged into the mains power supply in order to both
charge the battery and transmit the infrared signal to the Stethoset Headset. The
BA-151 battery (one supplied) provides a usage time in excess of 9 hours. An additional
battery can be purchased separately charged in the side mounted charging port. This
version is supplied with a Microphone accessory, which enables simple and easy set
up with any model television.
